We are constantly adding more international countries. Please begin the check out process and if our country is not coming up as a shipping option please contact support. We usually can figure out a way to deliver to your country.

Who covers Duties, Taxes, Tariffs, and VAT?

The buyer is responsible for any VAT, Duties, Tariffs, or Taxes that may be assessed by your local customs authorities. We do our best to limit the chances of parcels being stopped by customs.

My parcel is stuck in customs what should I do?

Please contact your local customs office. If they require any documentation our customer support team can get that info for you.

What happens if my package is lost?

We of will reship or refund you for any lost parcel :) Just contact support for us to reship.

What happens if I put an incorrect address?

Contact support immediately, and we will try to fix! We are not responsible for any shipments for incorrect addresses. Please, triple check your address before placing an order.
